If you have an established account with any department in the City, you can pay your water utility bills or citations right here with no stamps, envelopes, checks, or trips to town. Just click on the Make an ePayment button (one above and one below). Payment may be made with a credit or debit card (MasterCard, VISA, and DISCOVER). Payments are also accepted through PayPal.
It’s easy to get started. If you have never registered before, registration is fast and convenient.You need your Name as it appears on your bill or citation, your billing address, your Account Number or Citation Number as it appears on your bill or citation, and your email address.You will create your own personal User Name and Password and, when completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you indicating that you are now registered. Once registered, all you need is your User Name and Password to access your account.
This is a Convenience Fee based service. The convenience fee is collected by a third party payment processor and that fee is used to pay the credit card processing fees and the cost of operating the payment web site. The City does not collect any of the Convenience Fee. You can calculate the convenience fee once you have clicked the Make an ePayment button and BEFORE you make any payment.
The City does not collect or retain any personal financial information with this web site as that process is entirely handled by PayPal through its secure payment processing portal.
Municipal Court
To request Deferred Disposition, please contact the court BEFORE making any payment. Your payment will not be processed if it is incorrect. It may take up to 4 days before the payment is received and you are notified of an incorrect payment.
Juveniles under 17 years of age MUST appear in court with a parent or guardian. Do NOT pay here.
WARRANTS may be paid here but you must contact the court BEFORE making payment. The full amount due and any docket/citation numbers that must be applied are required. Any amount that is left unpaid will result in a delay releasing a hold against your license. Warrants will not be lifted until PAID IN FULL.
Payments will also be accepted by credit or debit card over the phone for a 5% convenience fee OR you may mail a cashiers check or money order. DO NOT MAIL CASH!
It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee cannot. Please pay carefully.
